Unique Pen Wake with face recognition

Immediately get back to writing on your VAIO® Duo 13 with Pen Wake and FastAccess. Just remove the digitizer stylus from the pen hook to log in using face recognition rather than typing in a password. Face recognition lets you immediately begin writing in note applications, such as when you need to make a quick memo.

Equipped with a 13.3" Full HD LCD screen, VAIO® Duo 13's wide screen provides plenty of working space. TRILUMINOS DISPLAY for mobile generates vivid colours and detailed high-vision images. Clear viewing from any angle is assured by the IPS panel. The X-Reality for mobile improves and enhances video playback with realistic image quality and sharpness for pleasurable movie watching. OptiContrast? Panel, Sony's direct-bonding technology, decreases the air gap between the LCD and the touch panel to achieve realistic writing and drawing.

Slide Show add in

If you ever wanted to write directly on to PowerPoint slides, this feature is for you. Slide Show add in works with the VAIO® Duo 13's digitizer stylus to make comments, insert corrections, or draw directly on your PowerPoint slides while they are being projected onto a screen. You can also easily perform such operations as moving to the next slide and changing the pen colour.
